Orders & Delivery

Freight Policy:

Freight is charged on all orders with the exception of continence products (any value) and paper products (over the value of $150).  

If additional items are bundled with the above, the freight charge will be waived.

All urgent orders will incur an additional charge of $50.

Dispatch:

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

From the dispatch date:

• Continence orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Times:

* Some rural areas may take longer depending on the delivery schedules. 

Transit times do not include day of pick up, weekends or public holidays.
