Manufactured from polyethylene with a dissolvable seam fixed down the middle of the bag. These are designed to be used as liners within a standard laundry bag. When the seam dissolves during the initial stages of the wash cycle, the bag opens up 25°C  & then the seam/tie dissolves at 45°C.
