Alerta Detect Sensor Wireless System

The Wireless Alerta Detect connects to the Alerta Wall Point Receiver (which is included) and can function as a stand-alone unit independent of a nurse call system, giving localised alerts, or connect to a nurse call system with centralised activation.

Alerta Detect uses infrared technology to trigger an alert when body movement is detected within the range of the infrared beam.

The Alerta Detect is most effective when mounted at the door or bedside, it activates an alarm to provide the caregiver with advanced warning when a user at risk of falling moves into the range of the infrared beam. Alarm activation will alert the caregiver to ascertain the user's safety.

The Alerta Detect is an alternative solution to the Alertamats, where a PIR beam is more appropriate. It is ideal for providing users with the freedom and safety of their own space while still proactively giving the caregiver advanced warning when a user at risk of falling leaves their safe zone.  Alarm comes from receiver not Sensor.

Please kindly be advised that the detector should be switched off after an alert and that there is a 15-second delay before the next detection when it is turned on.
